Finance Factors Promotes Chun and Kiaaina

Finance Factors today announced the promotions of Eileen Chun and Sarah Kiaaina.  Chun, who has been with Finance Factors for nine years, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President & Assistant Manager of the Residential Loan Underwriting Department.  In her new role, Chun will underwrite the portfolio and residential real estate loans for the company, as well as assist in overseeing the underwriting staff and secondary market underwriting.  Chun earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing and international business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.  She recently graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School in Washington state, The Premier National Graduate School of Banking™.  Chun is the only Hawaii honors graduate this year.

Kiaaina has been with the company for 21 years, and has been promoted from Portfolio Loan Underwriter to Assistant Vice President in Loan Administration.  In this new position Kiaaina will assist in the development and maintenance of loan products for the company.  She will also provide support for the overall management of the loan portfolio, including maintaining and revising the loan policies, interpreting and incorporating regulations into policies and procedures, and managing department budgets.  Kiaaina joined Finance Factors after graduating from Chaminade University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management science.  At Finance Factors she has also served as branch manager at various branch locations and as a mortgage loan underwriter.
