Finance Factors Launches "A Friend of the Family" Campaign
New marketing campaign to feature family and friends of company employees

Finance Factors unveiled today a new marketing campaign – "A friend of the family" – that will include image advertising featuring family and friends of company employees throughout its branches in Hawaii.

With a new slogan, "A friend of the family," the company is aiming to distinguish itself from other local financial institutions, and evoke a warm, friendly and welcoming feeling with its customers. Employees have been submitting photos of family and friends to be considered for this campaign.

"This new campaign makes perfect sense for our employees and for our customers. We find strength in our size and in our ability to provide personalized service to our customers on a daily basis," said Steven J. Teruya, president of Finance Factors. "Our deep local roots continue to inspire us to treat each customer as a 'friend of the family,' and this new campaign truly shows friends of our family."

Employees welcomed the opportunity to be part of the new ads. A photo of Operations Supervisor Wendy Deleon-Gabonia’s son, Ocean, was used in the company’s 2009 holiday calendar card. Deleon-Gabonia, who works at the Hilo branch, said, "This campaign is absolutely from the heart and for me, exemplifies what it means to be part of the Finance Factors family. The aloha I feel from the company is quite naturally passed on to my customers, who appreciate our attentiveness and exceptional service."
