Title: Accountant
Role:
This position is responsible for the preparation of financial statements, management reports and related analysis of financial information. Other duties include preparing recurring journal entries and performing general ledger account reconciliations. This position is also required to assume an integral role in working with internal and external auditors, as well as regulatory examiners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Major in Accounting or Finance) or two to three years of accounting work experience.
- Strong analytical ability and good writing skills, especially in composing financial analyses.
- Financial institutions/banking experience preferred.
- Proficient in the preparation of spread sheets (Excel) and using word processing applications such as Microsoft Word.
- 10 key adding machine by touch.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Title: Residential Loan Officer (Maui or Oahu)
Role:
This position is responsible for generating and closing residential and commercial mortgage loan applications, providing quality customer service in a timely and proficient manner to consumers, branches and realtors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of residential lending experience in either retail or wholesale lending.
- Must be able to creatively structure loans.
- Must also have strong communication skills, good sales and customer service awareness and aptitude, and enjoy interacting with a variety of people regularly.
- Established contacts with other lenders and Realtors is highly desired. This unique position can originate both retail and wholesale loans. Finance Factors is a leader in portfolio lending, specializing in land, construction, interim-bridge, short sale and bank-owned financing and other non-conforming loan types.
Title: Customer Service Representative I
Role:
Provides courteous and friendly service to customers and prospects, while efficiently and accurately handling their financial transactions. Is able to explain and sell Finance Factors deposit products and services to the general public in a clear and coherent way.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to process all teller transactions with minimum supervision.
- Satisfactory completion of telephone courtesy skills class, or similar training.
- Basic understanding of compliance regulations for deposit products.
- Successful completion of teller training class.
- Possess an aptitude for selling.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, speak English fluently, have patience to learn new programs and procedures and be able to get along with others.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and timeframes as assigned.
