Title: VP, Wholesale & Retail Mortgage Account Executive (Hilo Branch)
Department: Residential Loan Department

Role:
This position is responsible for generating and closing residential mortgage loan applications, providing quality customer service in a timely and proficient manner to consumers, branches and realtors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of residential mortgage loan products, loan processing, loan closing and loan underwriting;
• Sales aptitude with emphasis on relationship, telephone and account selling;
• Understanding of State and Federal regulatory requirements as pertaining to mortgage lending;
• Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, FFL’s Loan Origination Software;
• Proficiency in use of financial calculator;

Title: Customer Service Representatives (Oahu, Keauhou)
Department: Branch Administration

Role:
Provides courteous and friendly service to customers and prospects while efficiently and accurately handling their financial transactions. Able to explain and sell deposit products and services to the general public in a clear and coherent way.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year cash handling experience.
• Able to use PC and Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service aptitude and ability.
• Enjoy interacting with people on a regular basis.
• Retail sales and previous banking experience, desirable.

Title: VP, Commercial Loan Officer
Department: Commercial Loans

Role:
Originates/underwrites commercial real estate loans; develops and maintains relationships with customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five years experience in mortgage sales.
• Knowledge of lending regulations, with special emphasis on commercial real estate regulations. College degree preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, good communication skills.
• Able to use PC and Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• General knowledge of consumer and mortgage loans, insurance.
