We welcome you to visit or contact any of our convenient branch locations for information about new or existing deposit accounts. All branches, with the exception of our Chinatown Branch, open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday and 8:30am to 6:00pm on Friday. Our Chinatown Branch is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 3:30pm, and 7:30am to 5:00pm on Friday. Finance Factors loan officers are conveniently located throughout Hawaii to provide the best and most efficient service to our mortgage loan customers.
