CD Rate Lock Request
Now you can use the CD Rate Lock Request to lock in Weekly Special CD Rates for your IRA too!

Only open to residents and businesses in the State of Hawaii; you must have e-mail to apply.

Locking in today's high rate for 5 business days is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Just fill in the information below and we'll e-mail you a CD Rate Lock application by the next business day (your CD Rate Lock application will be good for 5 business days from the day we e-mail it to you).

2. Complete the application, print, and sign the CD Rate Lock application.

3. Take your deposit and the CD Rate Lock Application to your nearest Finance Factors branch in Hawaii.

Don't worry, if rates go up before your CD Rate Lock expires, we'll give you the higher rate when you open your CD.
